reviewAfter looking through the internet for reviews I couldn’t find anything that highlighted everything I needed to know. I massively rely on reviews when purchasing anything big. My review will be honest and based on my experience. The team at the dealership When first visiting the dealership the team were very helpful in what I needed to know. They provided me with enough time to look over the car, sit in and they didn’t hover. Which is great! They are a non pushy team, which is great when buying a car. Last thing you want is a pushy sales person. The on site mechanic was able to give them reassurance on the minor things with the car. I took the car out for a test drive. As a person who can get very nervous and anxious about driving another persons/dealership car. The guy made it very easy going, and put up with me saying silly things to try and ease the situation. Car it selfThe car it self was as advertised. Amazing inside and out. Very minor marks considering its age (09 plate) car was cleaned immaculately. And the rest of the cars were very well looked after. The boss definitely has a good eye for purchasing cars that are in amazing condition. My car had 4 new tires so I didn’t have to worry about the expense. The car was smooth, and no issues with the clutch which was great. The car did have a few warning lights on because of a fault with a fuse effecting the lighting. They assured me that this would be corrected before purchase. Which it was. My car didn’t have a mot at the time due to it being expired. By the garage having this done after sale this meant I could take full advantage of the 12 mot. They would also service the car before handing over the keys. Overall I’m really happy with the car and after having it for 4 weeks I’ve only had one problem. My alternator belt does need changing, however I will be doing this at my own expense as this is such a minor repair. Cars are very fairly priced. All cars can have their own special failings and I’ve seen from past reviews and my experience that the dealership does go out of their way to make sure the car is road worthy and the customer leaves happy. Which is a lot to say considering some cars I’ve purchased in the past from other dealers. MOT and servicingMy car needed a new MOT and service, which was completed after the deposit was placed. They gave a 7 days lead time for this to be completed. Which as an impatient person was a bit of a let down, but I agreed with them as they mentioned they would get this completed as soon as possible. The MOT failed and the car needed some repairs. All major issues were fixed and they even replaced the rear brake pads which were an advisory. The MOT and service were completed in 7 days. However there was an issue with the condenser for air con, which added further delays. All in all I picked up the keys 10 days after deposit was placed. Over the 7 days SLA however I appreciated the work they were putting into the car. AftersalesThis dealership has plenty of positives and even the minor negatives wouldn’t put me off purchasing with them again. My only advice to the dealership is to have better communication. For example text the person purchasing the car through the differently stages. This could massively improve customer service and after care sales. I feel like this is the one part they are falling behind on. OverallYes I would buy another car from this dealership, and I would recommend family and friends. However with the caution that the process can some time take a while. I would also like to advise people to expect the 7 day turn around, this was something I was kind of blinded by as it was mentioned it would be done asap. Now a lot of people don’t mind waiting, but if you are in a rush to buy a car. Please do take this into consideration and make plans around this turn around. Another point I would like to make is that it’s been 4 weeks and my log book still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent off the v62 and the log book should arrive shortly. I’m very happy with my purchase, and would look at purchasing my next car with them if they had one suitable.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Initialy enquired about a fiesta over the telephone, Jamie called straight back with the information I requested. Went to view it, no pressure at all. Agreed to buy it, on collection the car was ready and prepared to a good standard, valeted and checked over by the mechanic. I'm happy with the car and the price paid, would definitely buy from them again.

had a fantastic experience with this firm , jason and the team can not do enough for you ,our son purchased a car last year from the team with no issues ,witch has prompted me to buy my latest vehicle from this family run business its a refreshing change to be treated with humility and respect ,jason and his team really work hard to give you a great experience when you buy a vehicle from them ,keep up the good work ,we will be back.

The service on site was fine, and very happy with the car. Until it started leaking petrol a month or so after purchase. We felt reassured that a top end warranty was in place, but today discovered that the particular company would not support the claim at all. More a warning that warranties do definitely have their limitations, and not to consider them the blanket of security we did.

Purchased my dacia duster. When I got home I noticed a minor fault on paintwork .rang up on the monday .called me back and made arrangements to have repaired with no quibble whilst they had car they topped up air con .

Really surprised at the good reviews. We booked an appointment as per website. We rang before we left saying could we come earlier… yes no problem. So off we went when got there there was a guy sitting in his car we are just test driving the car you have turned up to view. I was surprised spoke to the salesman when he got back abs he said I thought these guys were you from Derby … Erh no you didn’t as how did the guy whose daughters was test driving the car knew where were coming…. They bought the car bought I was more disappointed the salesman felt he had to lie …. What is the point of an appointment system if you don’t use it ? We were literally on our way would touch them now if they lie about that what else ….

Bought this car after selling my previous car met a person call Roy who was very helpful and I got this car with no issues apart from when he told me that we were going to go 50/50 for the MOT and service and a changing of a bold tyre which baffled me a little becuase that's the whole point of preparing a car. Nevertheless he did do it all without incurring any charges to me including some other bits of work which they did free if charge. I do recommend them if your looking for a car they have great options
