Purchased a vehicle at a good price and was happy with the service and handover. I had travelled 180 miles with an overnight stay to collect the car. A few major issues arose a short time later which were pre existing and they didn’t want to know. Would not use again.

No a Very Proffesional Team, The vehicle was supposed to have had an Oil and Filter Change however the Oil was black and did not feel to have any body. The Vehicle would not Start due to a flat battery . They jumped started it and I tried to drive it , the clutch was either not there or immediately on a d releasing it the engine struggled. I was aware this was a high milage vehicle however they knew I was driving 4 hrs from Wales and there was no vehicle prep for presentation to a customer. The day before I asked about warranty and the person on the phone did not even know what was on their own Web site . As you may guess I did not purchase the vehicle .

We're sorry you wasn't happy with your experience. The oil & filter was certainly changed on the Transit you came to view. A battery will always deteriorate overtime, we replace them in many vehicles. The clutch worked just fine, perhaps it was just different to what you are used to. That being said, we do thoroughly check all our vehicles before a customer takes one away. On this occasion, a full prep of the van was not complete yet. Our website is created by Auto Trader, the purchasable warranty on there is sold by them, not us, which is where the confusion may have arose.

Total rip-off. They sold me a duff Nissan Leaf car.The DC-DC converter doesn’t work. It’s an electric car and they sold me warranty but the warranty doesn’t cover the fault.The fault was pre-existing. I thought it may be the battery, but when I replaced it, to my horror, the battery drained in one short drive and was showing 11.8V.Now I’m going to have to shell out a huge amount of money to get it replaced. Should’ve gone somewhere else! Now I know why it was so cheap!

The experience I had was very welcoming. All the cars I saw were very clean: they take pride in the cleanliness of their cars, both inside and out.When I test-drove a car, they were very accommodative to my request and changed the standard route to take account of what I wanted to do.They service was excellent: do you know that if there’s less than six months on the MOT, they’ll do you one for free? Also, all of their cars come with a 30-day warranty.There was absolutely nothing wrong with the car: no handling problems, no large scratches on the car, etc.The only thing that was wrong was the navigation system clock wouldn’t sync with the GPS, which meant the car wouldn’t do a timed charge to 80%, and that is the only thing that was wrong with the car. When I asked the salesman, the salesman admitted that he didn’t know anything about Nissan Leafs: a salesman who admits his boundaries of knowledge, now that is someone who is dependable and trustworthy, someone who admits they don’t know everything, because how could anybody know everything about cars???The only other problem was that their boiler had broken inside their showroom, which is an insignificant inconvenience. Hope you get your combi boiler sorted!

Really pleased with my purchase. I travelled to visit junction 27 and was met with friendliness. I was given the keys straight away to the vehicle and was allowed to spend some time with it before Terry came and spoke to me and we took it for a drive. I found all the staff very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful. The vehicle itself has been great. It was so nice to buy from people who were passionate about cars. I would highly recommend this company to anyone buying a used car. They clearly have a good eye and knowledge when they buy their stock. Thank you
